2.                  Make your request at least one week in advance. 

            Reservations will be honored on a “first come, first serve” basis.

 

3.                  Order all materials by title and inventory number. 

            Consider an alternate should your first choice be out.

 

Note:   Only three (3) items can be borrowed at one time unless ordering a series which includes more than three items.

 

Return and Shipping:

All videos are to be returned to MACo.   We recommend returns by certified mail; otherwise the borrower is responsible for replacement costs if the video does not arrive back to MACo.  The materials must be returned by the date indicated on the invoice which accompanies the materials.  Please return promptly.  Others are waiting to use them.  Consistently late returns may affect future privileges of the borrower.  Please rewind videos after use and place in properly labeled and numbered container.  Please open the shipping envelopes carefully and re-use them for return shipping.  Return postage is the responsibility of the user.

 

Liability:

The user is responsible for damage to (or loss of) materials by the user.  The user is responsible for any materials lost or damaged during return shipping.  Any costs for damage or loss of materials will be billed to the user.  The user is also responsible for notifying the Library of any damage to materials when they receive them.

 

MACo makes reasonable attempts to review all library materials periodically to insure their accuracy and usefulness to the member entities.  However, it is the responsibility of the borrowing entity to implement information covered by the videos in an accurate,

legal manner into their own policies and procedures.
